The Story Behind the Book
Amidst the chaos of moving to a new town, Stevie found joy in exploring her new surroundings with her daughter, Millie. Each walk turned into a little adventure as they discovered exciting new things. One rainy day, they decided to brave the weather and go on a bush walk at Wild Cattle. Millie was thrilled by the vines in the trees and eagerly wanted to look for monkeys. Though Stevie knew there wouldn't be any, Millie’s curiosity made it feel like anything was possible.
Stevie wanted to capture that magical moment for her daughter, so she started a little project. What began as a personal keepsake for Millie has now blossomed into a book that inspires children's imaginations all across Australia.
